I would move, seconded by the honourable Member for Yellowknife South, that Bill 2, An Act to Amend the Engineering, Geological and Geophysical Professions Act, be read for the second time. Mr. Speaker, this bill would simply remove the requirement that by-laws of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists be approved by the Minister. Thank you.
