Mr. Speaker, Members of the Legislative Assembly, as Commissioner of the Northwest Territories, I hereby assent to: Bill 9, An Act to Amend the Insurance Act: Bill 31, An Act to Amend the Student Financial Assistance Act; Bill 32, An Act to Amend the Young Offenders Act, No. 2; Bill 33, Appropriation Act, No. 2, 1992-93; and Bill 34, Supplementary Appropriation Act, No. 2, 1992-93.

    At this time, I would like to confirm that the third session of the 12th Legislature will commence on Tuesday, November 17, 1992, in Yellowknife.
