    Dec. 10, 1992 Passed Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I move, seconded by the Hon. Member for Sahtu, that Bill 16, Norman Wells Natural Gas Distribution System Act, be read for the second time. Mr. Speaker, this bill would provide that the Town of Norman Wells may purchase its distribution system which supplies natural gas to consumers in Norman Wells, that the town may make bylaws for the management and operation of the natural gas distribution system and that the Public Utilities Act applies to the natural gas distribution system. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
