Thank you, Mr. Speaker. The phase two rate application is before the Public Utilities Board. All of the communities that have expressed an interest had an opportunity to have input into the hearings. I understand that the Public Utilities Board will be making a decision sometime later this summer and that decision will, of course, include the rate structure as well since that is within the authority of the Public Utilities Board. Mr. Speaker, the commitment by our government was not to make any direction to the Northwest Territories Power Corporation in terms of what their application would be, and certainly the direction was not to have them file for a one-rate zone. But the bottom line, Mr. Speaker, is that the decision on the rate structure is clearly a decision that this Legislative Assembly has given to the Public Utilities Board. So after holding public hearings they will take into consideration everything that they have heard from people and I am sure will make a good decision. Thank you.
