I give notice that on Friday, October 30, 2020, I will move the following motion: Now therefore I move, seconded by the Honourable Member for Sahtu, that the Legislative Assembly recommends the appointment of Ms. Nicole MacNeil of Yellowknife as executive director of Human Rights during good behaviour for a term of four years as recommended by the Board of Management. And further that the Speaker be authorized to communicate the effective date of appointment to the Commissioner. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
