I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Yellowknife South, that Bill 16, An Act to Amend the Northwest Territories Housing Corporation Act, be read for the second time. Mr. Speaker, this bill would amend the Northwest Territories Housing Corporation Act to provide that the affairs of the corporation be conducted by the president in accordance with the direction of the Minister instead of by the board of directors, and to remove the reference to the board of directors.
