I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Yellowknife South, that Bill 19, An Act to Amend the Real Estate Agents' Licensing Act, be read for the second time. Mr. Speaker, this bill would amend the Real Estate Agents' Licensing Act to provide that a security other than a bond may be provided by an agent to the superintendent when the agent applies for or wishes to maintain an agent's licence; and to add powers to make regulations respecting those other securities. Thank you.
