Thank you, Mr. Chair. Earlier today, my colleague Mr. Simpson asked a question about would the Ministers resign and honour the results of this process, and they said "no." They have cited a need for transparency and accountability, and yet in the Territorial Leadership Committee, which this process is modelled after, secret ballots were fine. Vote totals could be kept secret, but the process used to judge confidence has to be public. I find that very disingenuous to the reason we are here today, which is about accountability in ministerial performance. My question for each of the Ministers is: given that they are seeking greater transparency and will not honour the results of today's vote, will they commit to revising the Territorial Leadership Committee so that all leadership decisions in this Assembly are public on the floor of this House?
