Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I give notice that on November 18, 1991, I will move the following motion: Now therefore, I move, seconded by the honourable Member for High Arctic, that the honourable Member for Nunakput be named Government Leader of the Northwest Territories.

Mr. Speaker, I will be seeking unanimous consent to proceed with my motion at the appropriate time today.
