Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I give notice that on November 18, 1991, I will move the following motion: Now therefore, I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Mackenzie Delta, Richard Nerysoo, that this Assembly recommends to the Commissioner of the Northwest Territories that the following Members be appointed to the Executive Council, cabinet: Mr. Allooloo, Member for Amittuq; Mr. Kakfwi, Member for Sahtu; Mr. Morin, Member for Nahendeh; Mr. Ningark, Member for Natilikmiot; Mr. Patterson, Member for Iqaluit; Mr. Pollard, Member for Hay River; and Mr. Whitford, Member for Yellowknife South.

I am sorry, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Morin is the Member for Tu Nedhe, not Nahendeh.

Mr. Speaker, at the appropriate time I will be seeking unanimous consent to proceed with this motion today. Mr. Speaker, I was going to make some changes to those names, but I decided not to.
