Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I give notice that on November 18, 1991, I will move the following motion: Now therefore, I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Aivilik, Mr. Arvaluk, that Mr. Pudluk, Member for High Arctic, be appointed Deputy Speaker.

Mr. Speaker, I will be requesting, at the appropriate time, unanimous consent to deal with my motion today.
