Thank you. The debate is concluded. A letter was sent to all Members explaining the new procedure. There was criticism in the past Legislative Assembly that every time there is a recorded vote, it always started in this corner so the people who sat in that corner always knew how everybody would vote on every issue. What we have decided to do is that we will start the vote at the mover and then move to the left of the mover, so that we will move it around and there is not an advantage for one part of the House as opposed to another part of the House.
