Since our break I have taken the time to look at the regulation and I guess I want to make a point here on my questioning to the Minister in wanting a copy of this list of the regulations. I have received that list, but at the same time he indicated he had over 300 and that would place him in a very difficult position to translate from English to French. For the life of me I cannot understand why he would want to translate from English to French redundant regulations, and that is basically what this bill is asking for. He could have clarified that.
