The Member is correct; it is an area where we are having difficulties with the federal government, Mr. Chairman. There has been a communication from the Minister of Indian and Northern Affairs, Mr. Siddon, to the Government Leader. That was discussed at a strategy meeting last Friday in which the Government Leader, the Minister of Health and myself participated, along with staff, and there will be correspondence going back shortly to Mr. Siddon in that regard, so the issue is coming to a head, Mr. Chairman.
