Mr. Speaker, on December 11, 1991, I will move the following motion: Now therefore, I move, seconded by the honourable Member for North Slave, that this Legislative Assembly adopt the principle that the Government of the Northwest Territories should have legislation that addresses access to information; and further, that the government introduce access to information legislation during the second session of the 12th Legislative Assembly.
