I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Nahendeh, that this Assembly establish a special committee to be named the special committee on constitutional reform; and further, that the terms of reference for this special committee on constitutional reform be prepared in consultation with all Members of the House and presented to the Assembly for approval in accordance with Rule 95(2).
