I am just trying to give some ideas to the government as to what should be done because this is a big concern in the communities, and this was discussed also during the Pauktuutit Conferences. I know that this is a concern all over the Northwest Territories, not only in Cape Dorset.

If legislation cannot be made, I think there should be ways of dealing with these problems to try to stop the people from abusing solvents. I know that all over Canada there have been deaths with regard to solvent abuse. Will this be dealt with in the future? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
