Thank you. Mr. Speaker, I give notice that on Monday, November 23, 1992, I will move the following motion. Now therefore I move, seconded by the Honourable Member for Nunakput, that Tabled Document 1-12(3), "Nunavut Political Accord" and Tabled Document 3-12(3), "Working Towards a Common Future," Report of the Commission for Constitutional Development Phase I, be moved into Committee of the Whole for consideration as the first item of business on November 25, 1992.

Further, that invitations be issued to the acting president of the Tungavik Federation of Nunavut and to the members of the Committee of Western Political Leaders including the Presidents of the Inuvialuit Regional Corporation, the Metis Nation of the Northwest Territories, the Gwich'in Tribal Council, the Sahtu Tribal Council, as well as the National Chief of the Dene Nation and the Grand Chief of the Dogrib Treaty II Council, to appear before the Committee of the Whole to discuss and present their views on constitutional development for both eastern and western Northwest Territories.
