Mahsi, Mr. Speaker. My question is for the Minister of Government Services and Public Works. Recently both departments were amalgamated and the intent was to consolidate services and in some cases eliminate the duplication of positions and save money. Today, Mr. Speaker, in the News/North, I noted two advertisements; one for three regional manager positions, for regional managers of supply services; and I am not sure whether it is six or nine positions for information technology professionals. From the advertisements it looks like these are all new positions. What is the justification for hiring for these positions?
