Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I, too, would like to send my best wishes to Mr. Bourque and his family. I was fortunate enough to be a Minister when he was the deputy minister of the department. I came on as a green Minister. He taught me a lot. He used to say that the three things that were most important to him were: his family, his wife, the land, and the proper management of wildlife and this government. He said he could forget everything else; as long as he had his family, the proper management of wildlife, and the proper management of this government, he was happy. I have spoken to many people who admire him. One was the mayor of Broughton Island. He said he used to go out hunting with Mr. Jim Bourque. When they would get stuck in the snow with their ski-doos, Mr. Jim Bourque would get up and lift the ski-doos and pull the komatik at the same time.

That really impressed him. I wish his family a good retirement. I know he is not going to quit. He has told me that he has other things that would take over 100 years to do. He says hopefully he will be able to do one of them. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
