Mr. Chairman, each year we anticipate inflationary increases such as these in our estimates. We do it by way of having supp reserves for inflation in our fiscal framework. That is where we are taking the $10 million from. It is from money that we set aside earlier this year. It is not unusual for us to anticipate that there are going to be some inflationary measures. Much of the increases that are contained in this particular amount, in excess of $752,000, relate to items we did not know about at the time we put the O & M budget together. The Department of Public Works did not know about it. It has caught up with us since then. Some of them we did not know about until April 1, 1992. That was for Lutsel K'e and for Taloyoak. It was October, 1992, and November 1, 1992 for petroleum products. When we put the O & M budget together we did not know about those increases, Mr. Chairman. Thank you.
