Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Chairman, when this transfer was negotiated with the federal government, there was a three year timeframe after the transfer just in case the negotiations had not gone correctly. Those three years have expired and the base transfer that was made to this government is in the form of the funding agreement now and has escalated each year by whatever escalation we get because of the formula. No, there is no chance of us going back to the federal government and asking them to pay this $700,000, Mr. Chairman. Thank you.
