Mr. Chairman, the Member is correct. In this instance for Hay River it is only upgrading the voice and data capabilities. In Fort Simpson we will later require voice data and a printer upgrade. Fort Smith will require voice data computer hardware upgrade. Inuvik will require voice data computer hardware and printer upgrade. Iqaluit will require voice data computer hardware upgrade. Rankin Inlet will require voice data printer upgrade. So, yes, there will be others as they come along. I think the Member is saying it is not a one time cost. No, it is not, Mr. Chairman. In fact, Members may have seen over the years other occasions when there has been upgrade of computer systems in regional centres. As the systems get bigger and the requirements get bigger then they are upgraded periodically. There will be more coming forward, Mr. Chairman.
