Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Hay River, that Bill 15, An Act to Amend the Wildlife Act, be read for the second time. Mr. Speaker, this bill would amend the Wildlife Act to remove the requirement for a reindeer reserve caribou licence in order to hunt caribou on that reserve except in the proportion of the reserve within the Gwich'in settlement area.
