Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I have some questions for the Minister of Government Services. Mr. Speaker, one of the things that many parents worry about when they send their children to school here in Yellowknife is that they will find their way into licensed premises such as the bars, and into alcohol-related difficulty. I wish to emphasize here that I am not referring to the death of my young constituent earlier this year, but rather to the serious concerns that many parents have about seeing their children come to Yellowknife. I understand that the Minister of Government Services is responsible for the Liquor Licensing Board and I would like to ask him the following question: Will the Minister take immediate steps to include a provision in their liquor regulations or the Liquor Act, which requires operators of licensed premises to ensure that all persons drinking in the bars have identification cards issued by Government of the NWT?
