At this moment I am not sure where the breakdown is. As far as I know, the education council has to apply to two divisional boards and the divisional board requests -- if they agree that the teachers should get two and a half days for in-service and administration they make that request to me. I have not received that yet. In fact, they have not been denied; I have not seen the request. Apparently it is up to the Minister to grant or deny the request. There has not been a request that has come to my desk from the divisional boards. That authority rests, I am told, with the Minister. Thank you.
