Mr. Speaker, that is one of the recommendations in Mr. Abbott's report. I think I am going to have to wait for Mr. Ward's assessment and also the assessment of the other supervisors on staff before I would be able to make such a decision. If we were to attempt to close our operation in the Canadian Pavilion, it would be a blow against the Northwest Territories and we would also be letting Canada down, Mr. Speaker, and I really must take those things into consideration. I will however, take into account any recommendations from the on-site staff who may wish to change some of the activities in that particular operation for the better of the NWT. But as far as making a decision and saying, "Yes, I will close it," or recommending to cabinet that we close it, I cannot say that without knowing all of the circumstances.
