Thank you, Mr. Speaker, and thank you Members. I have a return to a question asked by Mr. Koe concerning whether or not the Department of Social Services
could extend the closing date for proposals that had already been submitted. The closing date was March 13th, tomorrow. In light of the concerns expressed by the honourable Member, I checked into it and, yes, Mr. Speaker, I would like to inform the Member that the department will be instructed to extend the closing date by seven days. This will give plenty of time to inform the persons who have already submitted proposals and have that concern to be informed of the method of obtaining the necessary insurance coverage. Thank you.
