(Translation) Mr. Speaker, I would like to direct this question to the Minister of Education. I used to be a member of the divisional board, and we used to handle the budget. We used to work on the interest rates that were coming in, and it used to help pay for the employees as well as supplying education centres with money, and it was very helpful toward the budget. For these programs to have a better operating budget, they seem to be able to handle their affairs pretty well. But now it seems that the new organization is going to be set up, the people that are working for us using the money that they had -- is the change-over of employees going to be affected by the new budget?
