The department hopes to use the resources that we have identified for strategic planning in the coming year to complete the first aspects of this particular study in the Keewatin. The dollars allocated for the Keewatin are set out for what is called the functional program and that will be conducted late in the year after the aforementioned planning exercises have been completed. As I said, we believe the economic impact study can be incorporated into the first aspect of the planning.
