Mr. Speaker, I have never used words like "quick solutions," but I think what I was referring to is that this issue is of concern to myself and to the Members, and I think it is important that we have a look at this issue as soon as possible. This is what I was referring to. Striking the independent review as quickly as we can and reviewing the procedures that are taking place and reviewing procedures as they compare with other areas and other fields of medicine and getting the recommendations to the public as soon as we can is a desirable thing for everybody.
