For the future, then, I assume that something will
be done. This is nice to say, 'Take all reasonable measures," and the next section, 32.2(3), says, "the Minister responsible... shall submit... a report providing the details...' and I assume that whatever the disciplinary action, it will be included in this report. Is that going to be the case?
