It would seem that they are not even in compliance with the Societies Act. They are not in good standing. I would like to ask the Minister of Renewable Resources if his department has given any funding in 1992 to the Fort Smith Hunters' and Trappers' Association.

(Translation) Mr. Speaker, since I am a Member of the House, I have to understand constitutional reform. I wonder if I could be given more information so that it could be translated into Inuktitut since I have to consult with my constituents. I am like a blind man when it comes to written English; the report is in English. I wonder if I could be given more consideration, and given more information with regard to the constitutional reform. a
