Mr. Chairman, I felt that my remarks were appropriate under clause 1.3 in respect to the class or place of facility designated, and I know now that the current places designated require insurance to cover those particular courses. Now that he is changing this act accordingly, I want to know whether or not they are going to absorb the costs. I did not really get an answer from the Minister. Can he state yes or no? Thank you.
