Mr. Chairman, I do not know if there would be much difference between boarding under these conditions as there would be in a private home or other things that may be seen as appropriate for the well-being of the individuals. It would be no different than boarding an Akaitcho Hall student. It is not a money-making venture. I do not think it is in conflict with what the Member is trying to get at as business. It is not looked at as establishing a business. In cases where they are establishing a facility for more than one person, or people are doing it as a business venture, there are requirements which they would have to comply with.
