The oil, the DL10, you are talking about, I understand that two Members of the engineering department went into Alberta two years ago to see how this chemical works, and my understanding is that you are supposed to work it quite a bit so that it will bind. I was wondering if the Minister could find these two engineers that he has in his department, and see if he could meet with his maintenance crew out in Hay River to see if they could do the job properly?
