Mr. Speaker, my understanding of it is, that many of the movers are affiliated with southern firms, and national moving companies. There was an assessment done, the impact that it would have if we moved to adopting the federal tariff rates, and that there would be, of course, difficulties with implementing, such as, it would limit the amount of money that movers would get out of this government. That was the assessment of the department, but it is a period of severe restraint in this government, and if there is a market for moving people, somehow the market would take care of itself. When the Member asked the question last week, I said that if it is not adequate to move right now without some more consultation, that I was prepared to do that, and it is my hope that we can still move on this in the near future.
