Yes, I understood that, and I know it is limited to certain types of positions, in which we actively seek community involvement, because it is quite costly to do it otherwise. That was the reason I offered to share the policy with the Member, so he could see it himself, and he could review it, and pick out the good elements, if there are any in it, point out the deficiencies, and advise us on it.
