Thank you. Well, if blind carbon copying is not the method used, and she wanted Mr. Alvarez to know what was going on with my correspondence to her, why didn't the Minister take the time out and advise the secretary instead of sending a carbon copy of her response to me to the secretary of the Cabinet? Mr. Speaker, I resent that. I will tell every Minister that I generally give consideration directly in a letter format and I expect the same respect back, and that they are not going to share my requests with everyone.
