It's been brought to my attention by a couple of Members they find it a bit awkward if they go beyond their time limit, to sit down and stand up and sit down. What I would suggest then, for Members who want to, if you go beyond your two and a half minutes, to stay standing and request unanimous consent. You don't have to sit down and then stand up again.
