I am just wondering, since we are presenting the report of the standing committee, and since we do make recommendations in our report, for the record, they should appear as being in the report. When we get to motions in the committee of the whole, we just simply go through each motion at the back of the book. We have six of them. We could go through those six as motions of the committee of the whole. The recommendations that are in the report should be read in anyway. It is just a suggestion, Mr. Chairman.
