In the event that the Government of the Northwest Territories wants to transfer money between projects under this agreement, there is a requirement that written authorization must be provided by the federal government before that can happen. Would the Minister indicate whether such authorization has ever been given to this government for such a transfer to be made beyond the 25 per cent?
