Thank you, Mr. Pudluk. Good afternoon. I would like to welcome all Members back to the continuation of the 3rd session of the 12th Legislative Assembly. Before proceeding to the orders of the day I would like to inform the House I have received the following message from his honour the Commissioner of the Northwest Territories, "Please be advised that I wish to recommend to the 3rd session of the 12th Legislative Assembly of the Northwest Territories the passage of the following bill: Bill 17, Appropriation Act No. 2, 1993-94."
