Mr. Speaker, the intent from the beginning was to arrive at a negotiated settlement with the union. The intent is still to see whatever is available to help us get back to the negotiating table to try to come to some sort of settlement. In the event that does not happen, I believe we would be looking at issues such as arbitration and legal proceedings to advance our own particular arguments in the hope that we can arrive at a situation where we can look at a potential deal which would be fair and equitable to both sides.
