Thank you, Mr. Speaker and honourable Members. There has been a reluctance to consider such a plan because it is different from the way officials think things should be done. Mr. Speaker, when is this government going to start modifying its approach to education to meet the needs of aboriginal people, rather than making aboriginal people modify their lives to meet the needs of the colonial style of the education system?
