Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I would like to direct a question to the Minister of Economic Development and Tourism. Last week, Mr. Speaker, a group of fishermen from Hay River were here to talk to some of the Members. The situation presented by the fishermen was fairly bleak. They were not at all happy with the situation in which they were faced. Yet, today when I was reading a newspaper, they had a fairly successful year, at least by the Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation's standpoint. They say the fishermen of the lake had an average season. Winter fisheries and summer fisheries, are these the same fishing people, Mr. Speaker, both those who fish in the summer and those who fish in the winter, or is there a difference?
