Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I have a question for the Minister of Justice. Mr. Speaker, under the federal initiatives, the government annually receives funding for the implementation of the Young Offenders Act, money to ensure that the Young Offenders Act can be implemented in a manner reflecting the unique cultural and geographical circumstances of the Northwest Territories. In 1994-95 the federal initiatives funding will be about $6 million. My question for the Minister of Justice, who is not in the House at present, Mr. Speaker, does that funding take into account the cost of implementing more community justice initiatives as recommended in the corrections strategy tabled recently in the House? Thank you.
