I would like to ask the Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs a question which is similar to the questions I posed to the Minister of Safety and Public Services with regard to questions during the municipal election. I would like to ask the Minister if questions that are asked to the citizens in the community, if these questions -- depending on the way they're worded -- are binding to the municipal council after the election.
