I would like to table, Tabled Document 31-12(6), a letter written by one of my constituents, Mickey Akavak, a journeyman electrician from Lake Harbour, regarding the hiring of outside labourers for construction projects in our communities. Even though there are qualified labourers in our community, I would like my constituents to be a priority before they hire from the outside communities. Thank you.
