The Department of Transportation, on those rare occasions when we all make mistakes, unfortunately did not design this thing in the manner that we thought would provide the kinds of facilities for the boat owners in that particular area. There is new installation of concrete launch ramps under way at the present time, along with the floating dock which will make it ideally suited for the boaters and yachters of Prosperous Lake.
